I have set up a dissolution forum on this website. It is simply called dissolution talk. You can visit it here. You may post as a guest to some subject. But signing up is fast a simple, why not use the name you are already using for other forums. You also have the option to change your forum name in the future if you so choose.

Some of you may wonder why I set up a new forum for the discussion of dissolution and related pharmaceutical analysis. My reply is that many have asked me to set up something that is independent from the manufacturers control.

This give us several advantages that a manufacturer can not supply. One of the first advantages is that It allows us to review and critique the equipment that is available without censoring. Another advantage is that all sides can be represented without unbalanced or unfair representation. Some have contacted me and informed me that they have been locked out and denied viewing privilege from the other board.

I myself have had comments deleted. Once I asked the question "What happened to SFA?" (that was all I posted, SFA is a dissolution company that shut down a few years ago.) For some reason, my post was deleted and I was never informed why.

So, I decided as an experiment to set this up. If it works, Great. If it does not, then at least I tried. Please e-mail everyone you know and ask them to visit the forum on the dissolution solutions network.

Inhaler Aspirair works faster than Viagra

"Viagra faces a new challenge after succesful tests of an inhaler that works faster than the blue pill.

Tomorrow's PC -- Smaller, Faster, Works Even When Turned Off

"Dell made headlines by announcing it would begin phasing out, in its high-end desktops, a component that disappeared from many notebooks, Macs, and users' radar screens two years ago: the 1.44MB floppy drive. For transferring files between computers, Dell says, pocket or key-fob flash-memory drives that plug into USB ports offer superior capacity (as much as 512MB) and convenience.

I agree -- I use a 64MB flash gadget to move documents, screen grabs, and software downloads among various PCs, and you'll pry it from my cold, dead hands -- though I'll also admit flash drives cost a fortune compared to floppies (prices start at $35 or $40 for 32MB units). Blank CDs have gotten cheap, but has anyone noticed... "
