Here is the current problem that we face...There are a great number of analysts out there who have little to no formal education on dissolution analysis. The reason is that it is a relatively new science, which falls on the border of chemistry and pharmacology. Many chemists do the test with out any understanding of why it does or does not work, what could cause a calibration to fail, or worse?why is the product failing dissolution. We have set up a web site devoted to the practicals of hands-on dissolution analysis. We are listed on almost all major search engines, often the top site when searching for dissolution calibration, dissolution testing. If you are interested in submitting tips, techniques, favorite equipment, problems encountered, acquired experience, or original articles relating to dissolution, (mostly calibration, oos, and troubleshooting to start with) contact us.
